Terms of Service

These terms cover the website service Jackstand Web LLC ("Jackstand", "we") provides to you ("client", "you"). Plain language on purpose. Questions go to [email protected].
What's included
For $129 per month, you get:
- A one-page site built to get you called, written for your business
- Hosting and the security certificate
- A contact form that emails leads to you
- Your Google reviews displayed on the site
- Mobile click-to-call
- Up to four content edits per month (see below)
There is no setup fee. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Your site goes live on your own domain within three business days of that payment and of receiving what we need from you (see below).
Edits
Four content edits per month are included. One edit is one request taking up to 30 minutes: swapping photos, changing hours or phone, adding or removing a service, updating pricing, adding a review, or changing wording. Several small changes sent in one message count as one edit. Edits don't roll over. Anything larger — a new page, a redesign, a new form, anything over 30 minutes — is quoted before we start, and we'll always tell you before something costs money. Emergencies (site down, wrong phone number) are fixed within hours and never count as an edit.
Your domain
You own your domain name. If you don't have one, we register a .com in your name and cover the cost as part of your subscription, and it stays in your name. If you leave, the domain goes with you — we will point it wherever you ask.
The site code
Jackstand owns the website code, design, and templates for as long as you are subscribed. You are licensed to use the live site while your subscription is active. Your own content — your business name, text, photos, reviews, and customer information — belongs to you, and you can take it with you at any time.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime, from the link in your account or by texting me. Your site stays up through the end of the month you've paid for, then comes down. No notice period, no fee. Your domain and your content stay yours.
Your account
Update your card, see invoices, or cancel anytime: manage or cancel your subscription. Enter the email you signed up with and Stripe will send you a secure link.
If a payment fails
If a payment doesn't go through, we'll let you know and retry over the next two weeks. If it still hasn't cleared after 14 days, the site is paused until it does. If it's unpaid for 60 days, we delete the site files. Your domain stays yours regardless.
Refunds
No refunds on partial months. If you cancel mid-month, your site stays up until the paid period ends.
What we need from you
We need your business details, photos, and a working phone number to build the site, and you are responsible for those being accurate and yours to use. We will not publish claims we cannot support, such as licenses or certifications you do not hold.
Reviews
Your Google reviews are shown as Google publishes them. We don't edit them. Anything about licenses, insurance, or certifications on your site is your claim, and you're responsible for it being true.
Uptime and liability
We host on Cloudflare and expect the site to be up essentially all the time, but we do not promise a specific uptime percentage, and we are not liable for outages, lost leads, or lost business. If something breaks, tell us and we will fix it as fast as we can. We don't guarantee leads, rankings, or results — a website makes it easier for customers to find and trust you, but we can't control whether they call. If something goes wrong on our side, our total liability is capped at the last three months of fees you've paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Agreement
You accept these terms by checking the box at Stripe checkout. We keep a record of that timestamp. That checkbox is the agreement — there's no separate contract to sign.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
